Protein Balls


Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Flax Seed ground
  • ¼ cup Honey liquid
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 cup Peanuts chopped
  • 4 oz Unsweeted Baking Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, flax, honey, and protein powder until the mix is uniform
  2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small (1" to 2") balls, place them on parchment paper and leave them aside
  3. In a small pot, melt the baking chocolate over low heat and add the salt to the chocolate. Place the chopped peanuts in a bowl next to the pot.
  4. Take each protein ball and roll them in the melted chocolate to cover them, then roll them in the chopped peanuts making sure they are covered in peanuts. Then set the balls aside on the parchment paper.
  5. Place the balls in a container and store in the fridge for about an hour for the chocolate to set.
