Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings


Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Wing Hot Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425oF.
  2. Line baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick spray.
  3. Use paper towels to pat the wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
  4. Combine Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, and Baking Powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange wings, skin side up, in a single layer on the prepared wire rack.
  6. Bake until cooked (about 1 hour), turning the wings over every 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then transfer the wings to a large bowl and toss with Frank's Wing Hot Sauce.
