Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 4 pounds Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 cup Frank's Wing Hot Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425oF.
- Line baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with non-stick spray.
- Use paper towels to pat the wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
- Combine Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, and Baking Powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange wings, skin side up, in a single layer on the prepared wire rack.
- Bake until cooked (about 1 hour), turning the wings over every 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then transfer the wings to a large bowl and toss with Frank's Wing Hot Sauce.
