Green lentil Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 3 Large carrot, chopped
- 2 Celery rib, chopped
- 3 cups Green lentils, rinsed and drained
- 28 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 14 cups water
Direction
- Add all ingredients in the instant pot. Do not fill the Instant pot past the 2/3 line.
- Close the lid, set the pressure vent to Sealing and set the Instant pot to manual and the timer to 18 minutes.
- Once the cook time is done, turn off the Instant Pot and let the pressure release naturally.
