Balsamic Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 8 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1/4 Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Salt
- 1/4 Pepper
- 1 loaf French Bread
Directions
- In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Served on toasted bread slices.
