Balsamic Bruschetta


Ingredients

  • 8 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1/4 Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Salt
  • 1/4 Pepper
  • 1 loaf French Bread

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Served on toasted bread slices.
