Homemade Tortilla Chips


Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Ground Chipotle Pepper
  • 10 Corn Tortillas
  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Cut each tortilla in 6 wedges. Pre-heat the over and 400oF
  2. Line three large baking sheets with foil and place the wedge on the baking sheet such that they don't overlap.
  3. Lightly brush each wedge with some olive oil then sprinkle them with salt and ground chipotle pepper. Turn the tortilla shells over and brush the other side with oil then sprinkle this side with salt.
  4. Put the baking sheets in the oven and bake them for 4 minutes on each side.
