Ingredients
- 200 g '00' flour
- 200 g water
- 5 g honey
- 5 g yeast
Directions
- Measure water, honey, and yeast into a plastic container and mix until all the yeast is disolved
- Add flour and mix together until uniform, let this sit in the open for 15 minutes.
- Seal the container and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Place the container in the fridge for 16-24 hours.
Note: If the mixture stays in the fridge for more than 24 hours, it will turn acidic and will no longer be good.
