Pad Thai
Ingredients
- 8 oz Pad Thai noodles
- 1/2 pound Chicken Breasts
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 4 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 tbsp Pad Thai sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 5 scallions (green onions)
- 3 tbsp roasted peanuts
- cayenne pepper
Directions
- Bake the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper.
