Pad Thai


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pad Thai noodles
  • 1/2 pound Chicken Breasts
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 4 tbsp avocado oil
  • 4 tbsp Pad Thai sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 5 scallions (green onions)
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Bake the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper.
